Property Transfers is a query driven, spreadsheet type report, detailing the transactions for suburb, street, sectional title, farm or particular properties within the criteria you specify. Property Transfers allows for a view into the historical (dating back to 1993) as well as current property transfers, giving you a powerful database of owners and movements within your area of specialisation.
Some typical examples of Property Transfers reports are:
- Look for all sales in a particular suburb in the last 6 months where purchase price was between a certain range and where stand size was greater than 600m2.
- List all transfers in a particular sectional scheme where the unit size was between 80m2 and 100m2 and bonded by a particular bank.
- Review all sales of a particular farm portion in the last 5 years.
