The Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa (IEASA) is a non-profit organisation which aims to protect, enhance and further the interest of estate agents. The Institute is the official mouthpiece of the real estate fraternity and is called upon to represent the industry on negotiations with government, local authorities and lending institutions.

Much like SAPTG, IEASA places considerable emphasis on the education and ongoing training of estate agents by providing access to seminars, conventions, training and other sources of information which help agents to adapt to the rapidly changing environment in which they operate.  With this shared vision, it was a natural decision for us to team up and ensure that property professionals reap greater benefits through mutual membership options and seminar offerings.
